Job Description:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Home Instead, your role will involve providing essential support to seniors in their homes. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with personal care tasks.
Aiding with mobility and helping clients transfer between locations (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
Providing companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life.
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
Monitoring clients' health status and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
Transportation to and from places
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Current CPR certification.
Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
