- Develop and manage referral relationships in your assigned territory
- Build connections with healthcare providers, discharge planners, social workers, and senior living professionals
- Meet with families to understand their needs and provide custom care solutions
- Represent Home Instead at community events, expos, and professional networking groups
- Use Salesforce to manage activities, track results, and drive growth
- Participate in an after-hours inquiry rotation to assist prospective clients
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 1 year in healthcare sales, referral marketing, or business development (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Proven success as a self-starter working independently in the field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
