Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment
- Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, with a focus on dementia care and personal care preferred
- Ability to assist with mobility and perform physical tasks related to caregiving
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name
- Must be able to pass our background checks
