Home Instead La Mesa family needs your help assisting aging adults in our community to maintain their dignity at home. Training is provided, all you need to do is come equipped with love and compassion, we will help with the rest!

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- ALZ/DEM Care
- Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
- Meal Preparation
- Medication and Appointment Reminders
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Transportation
- Assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence
Requirements for the position:
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete any compliance, license of registration required by the State (We can help guide you through the process)
- Show proof of recent TB test-cannot be older than 90 days
- Clean Motor vehicle record, and clear drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
- Use the WellSky Personal Care App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android
