About Us:

An ambitious and independent stealth SaaS company incubated by Home Organizers, a market leader with decades of proven success in designing and delivering exceptional, innovative home organization solutions through its subsidiaries Closet World, Closets by Design, Brio Water Technology, and others. Backed by their deep industry experience and a commitment to be Home Organizer’s critical SaaS provider for its 6000 employees, our team is building innovative solutions to solve universal problems that most businesses face — yet are not addressed by a single, unified tool.

Our mission is to transform the entrepreneurial experience and deliver operational excellence for businesses across the world through a unified platform supercharged with proprietary AI agents. We want to unleash the creativity of billions and inspire the world to dream big and build fast. We’re a rapidly growing team of forward-thinking and, most importantly, committed builders. We are driven by the opportunity to push boundaries, reimagine the foundations of human work, and shape tools that power the next generation of “business operations.” The way the world views and does business is changing, and we are committed to leading this change responsibly.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Product Owner to take ownership of a recently launched product and help us make it better every day. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our end users and engineering team — collecting feedback, identifying pain points, prioritizing improvements, and delivering fast, impactful iterations.

You’ll work closely with a small, agile engineering team and the Director of Product to ensure we’re continuously enhancing the product experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real user problems, thinks analytically, and enjoys refining products based on real-world usage and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the health of a recently launched product, ensuring user issues are identified, prioritized, and resolved quickly.

  • Stay close to end users: conduct interviews, gather feedback, analyze usage patterns, and distill pain points into clear action items.

  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver quick wins and incremental improvements that drive meaningful user value.

  • Translate insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

  • Run user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure improvements meet quality standards before release.

  • Build feedback loops with users and stakeholders to continuously validate solutions and uncover new opportunities.

  • Contribute to a structured, iterative product development process in a fast-moving environment.

  • The ideal candidate uses analytics tools to automate data collection, track user behavior, and measure the impact of product changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role focused on digital SaaS products.

  • Proven experience improving and maintaining live products based on user and data insights.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex issues and propose user-friendly solutions.

  • Skilled at gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback and converting it into actionable product work.

  • Comfortable writing detailed product requirements, defining success metrics, and collaborating closely with developers.

  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator; thrives in cross-functional settings with design, engineering, and stakeholders.

  • Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions, and iterating quickly.

  • Experience working in Agile teams and using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Hotjar, or similar) — and an interest in automating data flows and dashboards is a strong plus.
