HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
HOME SWEET HOME PERSONAL CARE-NEW IBERIA is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team.
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week/Monday-Friday
Location: In office (no remote work)
Salary: Competitive and Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITES:
-Coordinating the hiring process, which includes screening applicants, conducting interviews, and conducting background checks
-Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and annual training programs
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws.
-Assist with employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews
-Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
-Coordinate and administer leave of absence programs including: FMLA and/or other applicable regulations.
-Provide general administrative and clerical support to the agency.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Experience working with healthcare human resources preferred
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record keeping
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
