Role Overview:
Homebound is seeking high energy organized Sales Development Representatives to build our land acquisition pipeline through outbound prospecting methods including phone, email, and SMS. As part of the rapidly expanding Growth organization, our SDRs serve as the first point of communication with our clients.
SDRs will focus their energy on effectively communicating Homebound's value props and building relationships with customers, with the ultimate goal of connecting them with our acquisition team to purchase their property. Ultimately, SDRs are responsible for boosting sales and contributing to Homebound's rapid growth. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger.
You’ll be a key contributor in helping to build the fastest-growing, and soon to be largest, home building company in the industry!

Base Salary: $50,000
Total On-Target Earnings: $75,000 (uncapped commission)
