Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Butler PA:
- 2 days a week - Monday - Sunday (6 hours one day and 7 hours the other day) - Client does not want two days in a row. He wants it spaced out.
Client Diagnosis: Heart Condition, Chronic Frailty, Fall Risk, Mobility Impairment, Cirrhosis of the Liver
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Cooking and Light Housekeeping
- Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
- Grocery Shopping
- Companionship
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and Errands
- Walking and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- ADL's
- Ambulation
- Change Depends
- Transportation - MUST HAVE A VEHICLE
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- 2 Step TB Test
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting
- Covid-19 Vaccination
