Job Summary

Home Care Assistance is looking to hire two full- time Client Onboarding Coordinators to secure new potential clients once our Community Liaison has completed the assessments. COC's will be required to cover various shifts which will include day/evening/overnight and weekends. Clients are mainly located in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. This position is for a very highly motivated individual who enjoys change and working with different clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, therefore keeping it interesting. The ideal candidate for this position will manage one of the single most important elements of client success...client onboarding! 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Must have dependable vehicle/valid drivers license and a flexible work week schedule to apply for this position! 

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Cooking and Light Housekeeping
  • Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Companionship
  • Range of Motion Exercises
  • Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
  • Driving to Appointments and Errands
  • Walking and Transfer Assistance
  • Medication Reminders
  • ADL's
  • Ambulation
  • Change Depends
  • Transportation   

Caregiver Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years experience
  • 2 Step TB Test 
  • Pass Criminal Background Check
  • Pass Child Clearances 
  • Pass FBI Fingerprint Check
