What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Homefront Nursing LLC?
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will oversee the progress of operations and managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in working in a home health setting and relating with the Department of Developmental Disability. They will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, organize, and monitor home health programs
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Schedule homes assigned to us
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare
- Lead and evaluate internal controls.
- Assess and implement an internal compliance protocol
Skills
- Mandatory minimum 2 year managerial experience as a Program Manager in a DODD home health setting.
- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree (Nursing Degree will be an advantage)
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
