Homestead is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor that will be working at our multifamily property Harlow, with 120 units. This downtown property offers free parking to it's team members.
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Harlow, you will manage all aspects of maintenance and grounds at our beautiful property!
An excellent Maintenance Supervisor must be reliable, have a great eye for detail, and be a team player. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, schedule coordination, and task management are essential. The goal is to ensure that the property is in a good and safe condition at all times.
A typical day includes inspecting the property periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance; responding to work order requests in a timely, efficient, and prioritized manner; ensuring a system for off-hours call requests.
Qualifications
What you will need to be successful in this role:

Previous experience in property maintenance preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and trouble shooting skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on call and weekends

Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:

Ability to verbally communicate

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Possess the strength to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds, ensuring the safe and secure handling of materials and equipment.
