Duties:

- Assist with remodeling projects, including demolition, framing, and finishing work

- Roofing, siding, sofet/facia installation
- Estimate construction materials and labor costs for projects
- Install fixtures, such as lighting and plumbing fixtures
- Hang doors and install door hardware
- Install siding on buildings
- Lay tiles for floors, walls, or other surfaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Racine, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
