Job Functions:
- Process intake of Trailing documents from Retail and Wholesale lending operations
- Open all incoming mail daily
- Request collateral from warehouse bank
- Contact Title companies by phone and email for missing documents
- Scan/image all trailing documents into the imaging system and verifying documents are indexed correctly
- Scan original loan documents into origination system
- Input data into Loan Origination Systems when applicable
- Create FedEx, manifest and document labels
- Organize and ship documents to custodian
- Pull and work daily reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MS Office
- Must be able to work in Lake Forest, CA Corporate office. Not a remote position
- Entry level position. Some mortgage experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
