What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Dental Receptionist position at Hometown Family Dental Centers?
We are looking to hire a personable Dental Receptionist that is able to multi-task and whom is detail oriented. The Dental Receptionist’s responsibilities include entering patient information into our data system, verifying insurance benefits, answering patients’ questions, giving patients quotes, collecting and posting payments, making appointments, running age reports, checking office email, submitting EOBs, sending prior approvals, and ensuring a smooth work flow for the back office.
Office hours are M-Th 8:00-5:00 and Fridays 8:00-1:00
Experienced Preferred.
