Role Description

We are seeking a top performing Personal Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of Personal lines accounts. The Account Manager will manage client communications, nurture key relationships, keep track of all necessary documentation, help clients understand their coverage, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license.
- 3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to managing personal lines accounts.
- Experience with Erie Insurance Group preferred.
- Experience with EZLynx Agency Management System preferred.
- Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
- Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
