Requirements
- TB Test required
- Drug Screening Test
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, skilled facility or with family members is preferred
- National and multi-jurisdictional background checks and Dept. of Motor Vehicle checks
- Must meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with reliable transportation
