What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Homewood Suites by Hilton Houma?
❖Prepare and/or assist in food preparation.
❖Ensuring that the breakfast always remains well-stocked.
❖Prepare or assist with food inventories, orders, and deliveries.
❖Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
❖Clean kitchen equipment, floors and storage areas.
❖Keep work areas need and organized.
❖Greet guests and assist with questions and complaints.
❖Sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors after each service.
❖Regularly clean and sanitize tables and countertops during and after service.
❖Be aware of and follow all safety rules and quality regulations exercising good judgement and caution.
❖Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel to include holidays and weekends and past regular business hours where needed.
❖Team members are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance and to perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
