Dealership Service Advisor

Honda Cars of Aiken is a reputable dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team, providing outstanding service, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Assess customer needs, recommending necessary services for routine maintenance and identifying potential issues through questioning and visual inspections.
3. Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders, communicating with customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
4. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely repair, checking progress throughout the day and communicating with customers as needed.
5. Review repair orders to ensure work is completed, and additional authorization is noted, handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

• Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Computer literate and ability to understand vehicle computer systems.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Available to work Saturdays.
