Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction scores
- Greet customers in an enthusiastic manner
- Perform introductory walk around with customer in service drive
- Manage time in a fast paced work environment
- Actively listen to customers while receiving/documenting customers needs and concerns
- Work as a team with technicians to achieve maximum productivity
- Fully complete advisor section of electronic Multi-point inspection
- Advise customers of all maintenance and mechanical needs using provided maintenance menu
- Effectively translate technician recommendations to a language customers can understand
- Develop and provide accurate time and monetary quotes for each repair
- Receive payment for maintenance and repairs
- Go for test drive with customers to verify concerns when necessary
- Any other task provided by management staff
Qualifications
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and terminology
- Experience in a Service Advisor position (preferred)
- Ability to work while standing for extended hours
- Effectively use computer based software and hardware
- Ability and willingness to change with the industry
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
