Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims for submission to the manufacturer.
- Ensure all claims are complete with proper documentation, including repair orders, parts, and labor.
- Track and monitor warranty claims to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with service technicians, advisors, and management regarding claim statuses and warranty procedures.
- Review and verify accuracy of warranty claims submitted by service staff.
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer policies and updates to warranty procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly warranty reports.
- Handle rejected or denied warranty claims and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all warranty documentation.
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software related to warranty claims (experience with dealership management systems preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
