Project Manager Dental Practice
- Develops and implement strategies and policies
to direct our operations, subsidiaries, major projects, and functional groups. - They help our business units – and our company – meet corporate
objectives and compete more successfully in the marketplace.
- Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies
and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for
leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning,
- coordination, development, implementation including the financial
implications while prioritizing work, resources,, and time. Ensures the end
- state of the project and/or business operations meets business
objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. A highly
collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the
Required Qualifications
Provides input on the business plans to achieve business goals. Proactively leads assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work. Assists with the management of internal relationships, processes, and performance drives (in some cases relationships may be external).
- Negotiates to obtain additional resources (maybe cross-functional/segment). Responsible for the budget and/or financial
implications of the project. Identifies issues that may stall the project and
works with the manager to address them. Tracks progress and communicate project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties. Builds communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion. Acts as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in the project. - Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) may also include external parties.
- Coach or mentor others by providing work direction. May solicit and evaluate internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement. May identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services, and workflows based on a broad view of the organization. Develops recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis. May serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
