**Responsibilities Include:**
- Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients
- Mixing and blending batters, mousse, and doughs
- Rolling, kneading, cutting, and shaping dough for products such as croissants, sweet rolls, tarts, cookies, and more
- Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures as needed for optimal baking results
- Icing, glazing, and decorating baked goods
- Assisting with cake decoration
- Managing inventory and maintaining stock levels
- Keeping workstations and equipment clean and sanitized
**Qualifications:**
- Attention to detail in every aspect of baking

- 1-3 years of baking experience preferred, but we're open to enthusiastic learners
