Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of nursing or physician assistant experience in a patient-focused setting. Applicants are expected to uphold outstanding customer service standards and will receive comprehensive and continuous training to develop into proficient injectors. A commitment of three years is necessary to be eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities:
Performs services and treatments including but not limited to: injectable treatments for using neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and fat dissolvers, various med spa services, laser, and skincare treatments.
● Perform injectable treatments for facial issues using neurotoxins and dermal fillers;
● Must be able to start IV’s, monitor patient during IV treatment and discontinue IV’s;
● Offer friendly and professional consultations, educate clients to choose treatment plans with recommended services and products
● Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards;
● Administer treatments in accordance with HSS standards, procedures and processes;
● Establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients;
● Assess clients’ suitability for all available services & treatments, perform holistic (full face) assessments of their concerns and educate clients on their treatment possibilities.
● Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services;
● Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines;
● Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client;
● Ensure the safety and comfort of clients;
● Report treatment results to our medical director, including any adverse reactions;
● Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation;
● Knowledgeable and interested in the current trends of aesthetic treatments;
● Sustain and continuously improve proficiency through continuous education and trainings;
● Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest laser & skin technologies and techniques;
● Must have outstanding customer service, sales and marketing skills. Able to self-promote and self-market through social media channels;
● Ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals;
● Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills;
● Eye for detail & cleanliness;
● Work special events, marketing and training as assigned;
● All other duties as assigned;
● The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; talk or hear; grasp and hold equipment; *operate medical machinery.
Skills
● Proven experience as a registered nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
● Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
● Excellent knowledge of emergency care
● In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
● A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Responsible and compassionate
● Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● BSC or other diploma from a nursing or PA program
● Valid VA nursing or PA license
Physical Setting:
● Med spa
Schedule:
● Full Time
● Between 25-35 hours per week
● Day/Evening shift
● One weekend day / week preferred, occasional weekend day required
● 90 Day probationary period
Experience:
Nursing / PA: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification:
● VA Registered Nursing license (Required)
● BLS Certification (Required)
● Background Check (REQUIRED)
Work Location:
● One location in Arlington, VA.
● To ensure candidates are conveniently located for the position, we are specifically seeking individuals who reside within a maximum 45-minute commute of Arlington, VA.
