Full Time Associate

HoneyBaked Ham Summerville is looking for dependable individuals who can provide a remarkable experience for our guests while working as a team player. Responsibilities:

-Follow proper policies and procedures

-Focus on speed of service and sense of urgency

-Punctual, dependable and motivated

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide product information to customers and offer recommendations
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for transactions
- Proficiency in retail math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Experience with cash register operations
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Sales skills to promote products and increase revenue
- Excellent time management abilities
- Prior experience in food service is advantageous

Compensation ranges from $18-20 based on experience and desire
