Position Purpose:
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, security, and day-to-day management of the organization’s entire IT infrastructure and network. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business operations, growth initiatives, and regulatory requirements. The IT Manager serves as the primary technical authority across the organization, providing hands-on technical leadership while guiding longer-term technology direction and vendor partnerships. This role supports multiple production and operational locations across the U.S.
IT Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management and support of the organization’s network, servers, hardware, software, and cloud systems
- Perform system administration including configuration, upgrades, patching, backups, and monitoring
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, access management, and data protection measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues across the organization
- Lead and execute IT projects such as system implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- Manage IT vendors and coordinate third-party technical support
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guidance
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability
Qualified candidates will possess:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience acceptable)
- 5 years of IT experience supporting organizational networks, servers, and end-user systems
- Proven experience managing system and network administration, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity practices, access controls, patch management, and data protection
- Experience managing and supporting cloud-based platforms, on-premise infrastructure, and business applications
- Ability to independently diagnose, prioritize, and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
- Prior experience as an IT Manager, IT Lead, or similar leadership role
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security , Network , Microsoft, Cisco, or similar
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
