What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Honeybee Hollow Children's Center?
An Infant Teacher will help to create a warm, caring, and safe environment to support children and teachers in ways that improve the overall quality of care and engagement. As a member of the team, the teacher must be able to communicate with colleagues, listen well, and work effectively with others.
- Current CPR/First Aid/willingness to obtain
- Capable of bending, twisting, lifting, sitting on the floor, sitting in child size chairs, managing stairs, chasing after toddlers.
- Commitment to developing as a professional in the childcare field
- Knowledge or education in infant/child development and care.
- A love of nature, ability to walk/hike uneven terrain, and spend extended periods of time in all weather.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
