Honeywell is currently recruiting for an HSE Manager to join the UOP team in Palmetto, FL.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing, leading, and managing HSE support for Energy & Sustainability Solutions UOP Group located at the Port Manatee, Florida facility, partnering with cross-functional facility teams and leaders. You will provide support to the UOP, team and conduct various Health, Safety, and Environmental related activities to ensure regulatory and company requirement compliance.
You will interact with employees and supervisors to coach on HSE issues. Influence personnel to improve HSE standards through use of standard work, Gembas, rapid problem solving, and visual management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage strategic portfolio
- Optimize remedial action outcome
- Liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders
- Support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Manage third party project managers
- Champion Remediation
- Fulfill Process Area Leader
- Function
- Champion information management and process excellence
- Manage Site HSE budget and resources
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 10 years manufacturing work experience required; Health and Safety experience preferred
- Ability to endure physical requirements associated with HSE field activities

- College Degree (Bachelor or Associates)
- HSE Certifications (CIH, RSO, CSP, CHMM, CET) highly desired
- Ability to organize data into meaningful information
