What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front End Loader Helper position at Honolulu Disposal Service?
Join the largest locally owned and operated commercial waste management company in Hawaii. Honolulu Disposal Service is seeking experienced Front End Loader Helpers to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for assisting drivers in executing disposal and recycling services in a safe and timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist Front End Loader driver
- Pick up litter or debris spilled during pick-up
- Assist driver when reversing in and out of a high-traffic area
- Help to communicate with dispatch for any pick up site issues
Requirements
- Must be able to climb in and out of truck throughout the work day and help with moving dumpsters.
- Must follow safe lifting procedures and attend safety meetings.
- Must be customer-service oriented.
Compensation and Benefits

- Schedule: Full Time
