Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Indianapolis. Primary responsibilities will be building shipments, assigning carriers, and to track the overall progress of the shipments. This individual will be reporting to two senior brokers and will be asked to take on responsibility for their role of the team's success. This position will be hands on with multiple priority accounts. We are seeking someone willing to learn and embrace our culture and push themselves to achieve at a high level.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Coachable & open to collaboration
- Experience in a competitive environment or team setting is desired
- A desire to grow into more prominent roles in the future
- Punctuality and accountability are non negotiable
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- College degree not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
