We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, silverware, and glassware to maintain a clean dining area
- Assist servers with food delivery and table setup as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces
- Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies and assisting with basic food handling tasks when required
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with facility guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for providing excellent customer service
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as hotels or food industry settings is a plus
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for all duties
