Our growing business is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist at our Mid-State office in Greenfield, IN. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail oriented, and well organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Functions:
Assist with routine clerical duties
Answer multi line telephone and distribute incoming correspondence to appropriate personnel
Assist with timely processing of customer orders, including order fulfillment, shipping / receiving and relabeling of packaging before delivery to customer
Maintain database information, such as mailing lists, vendors, etc. in applicable format
Assist in booking travel for the company (hotels, rental cars, flights, etc.)
Maintain office supplies and order when necessary
Ability of maintain confidentiality related to private and confidential business matters.
Assist Sales Manager and Service Manager as needed.
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Calendar
Fire industry knowledge a plus
Other job related duties and assignments as specified by supervisor or management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
