icants * Hiring qualified applicants * Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process. * Submits online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks. * Assists with processing of terminations. * Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. * Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. * Performs other related duties as assigned. *ARE YOU THE PERFECT ONE?* *The perfect applicant should possess:* · *Excellent verbal and written communication skills* · *Excellent customer service skills* · *Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* · *Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines* · *Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or related software* · *Excellent decision-making skills* · *Interpersonal Skills (to be able to interact with new employees from different backgrounds and experiences)* · *A combination of education and previous experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
