What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor - Storm Lake position at Hope Haven Inc.?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily and/or routine maintenance and/or repair duties at Hope Haven/Storm Lake facilities
Snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots.
Lawn care.
Follows all safety procedures and promotes safety among team and clients.
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
Physical ability to climb ladder and maintain balance in confining conditions.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors through all seasons experienced in Northwest Iowa.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to work flexible schedule to meet agency needs. (i.e. snow removal)
Must have a valid driver’s license and be an insurable driver with our insurance
company.
General maintenance skills and ability.
Clearance from all applicable background checks as required by service standards.
Up to date physical.
