Job Summary: Companion Caregiver
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm
(with flexibility for more hours)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to serve as a Companion for adults with disabilities. This position involves providing support by accompanying clients into the community using your own personal vehicle. The ideal candidate will assist individuals in participating in social and recreational activities such as shopping, going to the movies, attending events, and running errands of the consumers choice.

Job Description
What We’re Looking For
- Transport individuals safely in your own vehicle to and from community outings and activities.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in recreational, social, and leisure activities.
- Support individuals in using their personal funds appropriately (e.g., paying for groceries, event tickets, meals).
- Encourage social interaction, independence, and community inclusion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outings,, and client expenditures as required.
- Foster a respectful and positive environment that promotes dignity and independence.
- Communicate effectively with the care team and report any concerns or changes in behavior.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must pass a Level 2 background check
* Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training!
* Must have valid driver license.
