COMPENSATION:

This position operates in a range of $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and credentials.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for our Clinical Supervisor in person at our Horsham, PA office. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team in our mental health outpatient program located in Horsham, Pennsylvania that provides services to both adults and adolescents. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of clinical services, provide supervision and support to clinical staff, engage in a caseload and groupwork, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of our treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health disorders, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing evidence-based, client-centered care.


Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors, therapists, and other clinical staff members.
  • Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support staff development and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement treatment plans and program policies.
  • Monitor client progress and outcomes, and provide feedback and support to staff as needed.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and other multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff, and conduct performance evaluations as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments, and provide training and education to staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical supervision sessions, client progress notes, and other required paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines governing clinical practice.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Maintain a small caseload and/or participate in group facilitation.


Education Requirements

  • A Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.


Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a clinical social worker, professional counselor, or psychologist (LPC, LCSW, etc.) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience treating teens and young adults.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology used in behavioral health settings.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
