Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, take food orders, and ensure that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Interact with members in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
