Nutrition Services Assistant

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in supporting the dietary department at Hopedale Medical Complex. As a Dietary Aide, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals to our patients, residents, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to patients, residents, and employees.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Participate in menu planning and special event planning.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment in secondary school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move equipment and supplies.
