Hopedale Public Schools is seeking to hire a Summer Programming Coordinator and a Summer Programming Coordinator AssistantThe following positions will be hiring for the Hopedale Summer Program (SHAPE). The SHAPE program will run Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30-1:00 for all student participants and Thursday 8:30-1:00 for a small group of students.Summer Program Coordinator (begins prior to 7/10/2023)Summer Program Assistant Coordinator (begins prior to 7/10/2023)Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all staff and scheduling for the SHAPE program
- Hire and create placements for all teachers and support staff
- Coordinate all student registrations, schedules and groupings
- Manage thematic units for all grades and oversee delivery of instruction
- Schedule all activities of outside providers
- Oversee delivery of special education services to ensure compliance and provide high quality instruction
- Manage summer program budget, outside contracts and purchase all supplies needed
- Collect all program and student data with summary to School Committee at the end of the program.
Salary : $32,400 - $41,100
