We are a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults aged 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges.
Job Summary:
- IIC Therapeutic Clinicians: Provide in-home individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies and improving emotional well-being.
- Behavioral Assistants: Work closely with IIC clinicians to implement therapeutic behavior management strategies, fostering positive behaviors and emotional regulation in clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions (IIC clinicians).
- Implement behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes.
Qualifications:

IIC Clinicians:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges.
