Hopkins Center is looking to hire for the Clerical Aide position. The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate transportation for resident appointments, ensuring that residents arrive at their medical appointments on time. Additionally, the Clerical Aide will assist the nursing and administrative staff with various tasks, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties.
Salary: $20/hr
Clerical Aide Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents' appointments, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Communicate with transportation providers, residents, and families to confirm and update appointment details.
- Assist nursing staff with clerical duties such as filing and organizing medical records.
- Support the administrative team with general office tasks, including copying, scanning documents and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and transportation schedules.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the facility’s operations.
Clerical Aide Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with a healthcare environment is a plus.
