- Assists with the design and implementation of all Community Education Enrichment programming.
- Assists with recruiting, interviewing and hiring internal and external Enrichment instructors, staff leaders, assistants, and volunteers.
- Assists with the design and implementation of all Enrichment offerings.
- Assists with writing, editing, and monitoring the development, printing, and mailing of the youth Community Education catalogs.
- Coordinates the gathering of all sections of the catalogs from other sources and programs.
- Monitors the development and maintenance of the Youth Enrichment web pages.
- Assists with all aspects of the registration process and payroll.
- Analyzes data obtained from participant evaluations and registration forms and suggests program improvements accordingly.
- Assists with development of marketing materials for Enrichment activities.
- Assesses the needs for Youth development/programming in the community.
- Schedules Enrichment classes, assigns meeting spaces.
- Promotes and supports the overall mission of the District by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a closely related field.
- One (1) year of experience assisting community education programs.
- OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Driver’s License.
- District policies and procedures.
- Web-based registration systems, analysis of data, and computer software programs.
- Computer applications related to the work.
- Most current digital/online communications tools.
- Correct business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Creatively planning and translating abstract concepts into effective visual form.

SUMMARY:
Provides support in program offerings, catalog production, staffing and payroll, web design and maintenance, class registration, data analysis and market research, and marketing and communications.
