Ideal candidates possess grit and determination, they are eager to learn new skills and work hard, they’re upbeat, professional and creative. Employee expectations would include leading recreational gymnastics classes, setting, prepping and planning age appropriate activities, and actively engaging with students as they gain confidence and mastery of gymnastics skills!
Previous gymnastics and/or work experience with children is recommended but not required. We are looking for those who have that “teacher quality” and thrive in an educational environment. Staff are compensated for training and skill building. Hourly pay is based on prior work experience, coaching adaptability and schedule availability.
