Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing fence installation team to fulfilling their personal and professional goals
- Mentor, train and develop fence apprentices and installers towards quality work and productive and efficient outcomes
- Provide on the job training
- Commit, follow and train our installation process
- Be innovative with new fencing products and product efficiencies
- Work independently with minimal supervision within a flexible schedule being available for customer and team needs
- Organize the installers schedules in a way that puts the right crew on the right job based on their skills and abilities
- Handle field related customer concerns ensuring 100% satisfaction
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the fencing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong knowledge of fencing products and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Ability to think through problematic situations and come up with the best outcome
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A flexible schedule is required, may require serving the team and or customers on some weekends.
