What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Insurance Verification Specialist position at Horizon Foot & Ankle Institute?
Seeking a full time insurance verification specialist to work in a very busy podiatry office. One who is ready to verify every patient insurance by talking on the phone for long periods of time. Duties include but not limited to, verifying patient’s insurance coverage, obtaining referrals, benefit verification for office procedures & DME. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and be willing to work hard. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends. Previous medical office experience helpful.
