Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified professional to work in team environment to provide professional nursing care to Horizon Health & Wellness Pediatric patients. The position is responsible for the monitoring of medications and coordination of medical care with supervising medical & clinical staff.
Qualifications Required:
- Current LPN License in the State of Arizona.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving records and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification training will be provided if candidate does not have active certification.
- Series of Hepatitis shots or declination of same.
- Proof of good health by initial Physical examination and negative TB test.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling a maximum of 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Proven ability to work within a collaborative clinical team environment.
- Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
- Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Previous Psychiatric nursing experience.
