What makes you a great candidate?
We can’t wait to learn more about you! Here are a few specifics of what you’ll need for the job
- A Bachelor’s degree -or-
- An Associate’s degree -or-
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience includes previous work in a behavioral health setting or customer service role
- A valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience
Location: Conveniently located on Elm Street in downtown Buffalo, Terrace House is a 68-bed facility offering stabilization and medically-supervised detox treatment. We provide twenty-four hour care to adult men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal.
Hours: Terrace House is a 24/7/365 facility so we have a variety of shifts to consider that best meet your needs. This position is full-time, Sunday-Wednesday & Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am. You’ll earn an additional 25% shift differential for your work hours that fall between the hours of 7pm-7am!

Recruitment Bonus Program
Eligible Hires and Payment Structure:
- Full Time hires will receive $300 after 30 days of continuously working and another $300 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $600.
- Part Time hires will receive $150 after 30 days of continuously working and another $150 after 6 months of continuously working for a total bonus of $300.
