Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infant/toddler students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about student progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health and safety of all students at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young children in a professional setting, such as a preschool or daycare
- Experience in caregiving, behavior management, classroom management, nannying, or babysitting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners
