What are the responsibilities and job description for the Papillion Foods-Karen Bilingual-Team Trainer Translator 2nd Shift position at Hormel Foods?
Must be Karen Bilingual( Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Pay: $22.20 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time.
- Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
- Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
- Completes new employee orientation.
- Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.
- Performs translation duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal
- Proficient writing skills in both English and Karen
- Ability to work different shifts when needed
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- 1 year of consistent work history
- Basic computer skills
