Position Requirements:
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and/or college degree preferred
- Pennsylvania Producer License - Property and Casualty a plus
- Two years of office experience is required, experience in an insurance agency is preferred
- Effective time management task prioritization skills are necessary in order to support multiple teams and objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of benefit agency management systems (Applied Epic) is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS is required.
