The Clinic Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the clinic. This role involves overseeing various administrative and operational aspects, managing staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of patient care. The clinic houses specialties in Geriatrics, Cardiology, Allergy and Immunology, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Audiology, Family and Internal Medicine, Exercise Physiology, and Psychiatry. This person will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences. This position will report to the Director of Clinic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational and financial management of the clinic, ensuring it meets both clinical and business goals.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, from scheduling appointments to discharge.
- Monitor clinic operations to ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise a team that may include medical assistants, office staff, nurses, and technicians.
- Ensure staff training, development, and performance reviews are conducted regularly.
- Foster a collaborative, patient-focused work environment.
- Assist in budget preparation and oversee clinic financial performance.
- Monitor costs, revenue generation, and resource allocation.
- Work to ensure profitability without compromising patient care quality.
- Ensure the clinic is compliant with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Enforce policies to maintain patient safety, privacy (HIPAA), and confidentiality.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving clinic processes and outcomes.
- Address patient concerns, ensuring high satisfaction with services and timely resolution of any complaints.
- Ensure smooth coordination of appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure that patient care is delivered effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments or clinics for multidisciplinary care when necessary.
- Ensure that electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinic management software are functioning optimally.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies or upgrades to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.

- 5 years of leading/directly overseeing multiple complex medical practices.
- Refined acumen developing/analyzing and utilizing business analytics to assess and continually improve clinic operating performance
